Whitney

Owner + Lead Planner

As a certified and insured wedding planner, I’ve been planning weddings since 2008 and officially launched Confetti Events in 2012. I believe in celebrating the big and small things, cherishing heirloom family traditions and creating new ones, choosing wedding vendors that match both personality and budget, and cohesive customized weddings. Known for my sophisticated take on romantic design, fun unique details and attentive approach; I love all things wedding.

Fun Facts 

I'm a self proclaimed diet coke aficionado with a serious weakness for truffle fries.  Lover of lake life and chardonnay wine, a hopeless romantic and an avid watcher of “You've Got Mail”.  Road trip junkie and travel bucket list maker.  A former teacher and proud KU alum with a M.S and a B.S in Education. Mostly, I'm a girl with a passion for combining timeless design with today's modern couple for weddings that honor and exemplify who the newlyweds are and will be. 

Samantha

Associate Planner

Samantha joined Team Confetti in 2017 where she’s a master of seating charts, escort cards, bouquet posing, lawn games and arranging votive candles. With a heart for hospitality and all things Wildcat, Samantha’s an alumnae of Kansas State University and Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.

Fun Facts

Planning Bachelorette parties is Samantha’s forte. When she’s not planning you can find her training for her first marathon, enjoying a vanilla chi latte, binging “Gossip Girl”, cheering on the K-State Wildcats or at the lake. She’s a certified bartender and fashion merchandiser with a love for all things Target. Her all time favorite movie is “Bride Wars”.

Morgan

Associate Planner

Morgan joined Team Confetti in 2014 with a talent for timeline management, wedding party organization and arbor draping. Morgan is an alumnae of The University of Arkansas, MidAmerican Nazarene and Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

Fun Facts

Morgan is a Confetti Events bride herself! She married her high school sweetheart Bryce in 2017 and they are currently proud doggy parents to a rescue named Pearl. Her hobbies include finding the best coffee shops in the tri-state area, honing her photography skills, and getting her Joanna Gaines on with DIY furniture projects. When she’s not watching HGTV Morgan’s favorite movie is “Father of The Bride”.

ALLY

Lead Assistant

Ally joined Team Confetti in 2014 with a keen eye for detail, check lists and color coding. Her favorite part of wedding day is the ceremony, more specifically the vows. Ally is double majoring in Education and Math at John Brown University.

Fun Facts

Ally has a heart for dance, music, and mathematics. She always has a song to sing and a new musical to chat about. With a talent for calligraphy and chalk art she’s launching her own custom hand lettering business. Besides work and school she loves spending quality time with her two sisters, volunteering with Kanakuk Kamps, taking a new dance class and of course learning the latest Broadway tune. When it’s time to officially relax she’ll watch “The Wedding Planner” on repeat.
